Caitlin graduated from Victoria University in 2012 with a Masters in Osteopathy and has been working in private practice since.

Caitlin believes in a holistic approach to treatment and management of patients, her techniques are constantly evolving. Her approach is based on the original philosophies of Osteopathy- the body is a unit, it is self regulating and structure and function are inter-related.

Caitlin combines a variety of Osteopathic techniques to tailor individual client needs and assist patients in achieving their own health goals.

Her techniques include myofascial release massage, joint articulation and mobilisation, stretching (including Muscle Energy Technique) and High Velocity Low Amplitude treatment.

Caitlin regularly prescribes easy-to-do at home exercises and lifestyle advice that patients can easily fit into their daily lives to enhance their treatment outcomes.

Since completing her formal studies, Caitlin has also become certified in Myofascial Cupping and attended courses in chronic pain, headache management and mindfulness.
