RESERVATION POLICIES:

We offer online and telephone bookings. Once you have booked your appointment you should receive a confirmation email - please advise us of an updated email address if you don’t. These appointment emails are only a reminder and we ask you to ensure personal diarising so you do not forget.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We kindly ask patients to please give 24 hours notice for cancellations so that someone else can take advantage of that time slot. A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment price applies if 24 hours notice is not given, or for a no show.

CHECK-IN:

We share our clinic with acupuncture and psychology. We have secured premises so please ring the door bell on your arrival to be let in to your appointment.

FACILITIES:

Our clinic is on the ground floor and thus accessible for wheelchairs and prams.

We take payments via eftpos, credit card, HICAPS and cash.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

We treat patients who have a large variety of medical conditions. If you have a particular condition and are unsure about if osteopathy is appropriate for you, or if there are any contra-indications, please call the clinic to discuss with us.
